Ordering and prices
How do I get a quote?
Send us a photo, a sketch or a rough size on WhatsApp (079 922 1359), or use our quote form. We suggest sizes, timber and a finish, then send you a price.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Every piece is priced on its size, timber grade and finish. Our starting prices are [PRICE LIST TBC]. Timber prices change with grade and supplier stock, so we confirm the final price in your quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit of [DEPOSIT TBC] starts the build. The balance is due when the piece is finished, before delivery or collection.
How can I pay?

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, a fee covers materials and work already done. Custom work cannot be refunded once we have started building.
Timber, finishes and care
What timber do you use?
Solid pine. B-grade pine is our standard: strong, with knots and natural character. A-grade pine is cleaner with fewer knots and costs more.
Can I choose the colour and finish?
Yes. You choose the stain or paint colour, edge details, tabletop thickness and leg or base style.
Will my piece last outdoors?
Pine used outdoors must be sealed and resealed regularly. We seal outdoor pieces with [TIMBER TREATMENT TBC] and tell you how often to reseal.
How do I look after indoor wooden furniture?
Dust it regularly, wipe spills straight away, use coasters and mats under hot or wet items, and keep it out of strong direct sun where you can.
Timing, delivery and warranty
How long does a build take?
Most pieces take [LEAD TIME TBC] from deposit to delivery. We confirm the date in your quote.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. We deliver and set up across [DELIVERY AREA TBC]. Delivery costs are shown on your quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece has a 90-day craftsmanship warranty from delivery. It does not cover misuse, incorrect care or normal wear.
Can you make something that is not on your website?
Often, yes. Send us a photo or sketch on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
